if they are usb mice yes, however you can only use one or else it will cause the currsor to jump and move around the screen erraticly, i know this cuz i did it with 4 mice, so that way no one would use my computer at school. cuz they couldnt figure oput how to use it

Yes you can, but if you think you can have more than one cursor, one for each mouse, then you are wrong :)
you dont have to install it, just plug them in.i had two mice pluged in at the same time and it worked.
