Is this fear of mice legitimate?

I am deathly afraid of mice, and we've had two in the house in the past 6-8 months, these are the only two we've ever had and we've lived here for the past 8 years. I walked around every single day feeling sick with nervousness. Is this at all legitimate, or was that just an unusual occurrence?

Help!Is this fear of mice legitimate?
Really, there's no true reason to be frightened of mice. :)

Compared to them, you're the Empire State Building. Mice are tiny, and mostly terrified of you. That's why it's rare to see them.

However, many people are afraid of the little guys.

Where are you located? In the winter, or colder climates, mice will often try to find ways into your home so that they will be warm. Hence why you may have seen them recently.

Best advice, Take a breath, they won't hurt you, and they're not out to sent you to the loony bin. :)

I can name a few events but I dont remember what page they were primarily on. I'm doing a project after having read the book.

Also what exactly is Auditory and Visual Imagery? Thanks in advance!

P.S. The book was great! What page in ';Of Mice and Men'; by John Stienbeck can I find a quote/passage representing symbolism?
first of all, it depends on what version of the book you have.not all page numbers will be exactly the same.

second of all, symbolism representing what?

visual imagery would be steinbeck going into depth about what something looks like (he definitely likes to do that)

auditory: i'm guessing it would be imagery that doesn't pertain to the sight sense?

i really forget. sorry, i haven't read the book in about a yearWhat page in ';Of Mice and Men'; by John Stienbeck can I find a quote/passage representing symbolism?

Of Mice and Men, How is Lennie killing the mouse tragically ironic?

Lennie killing the mouse is tragically ironic because he loved the mouse why would he want to kill it. It is tragic because of death and ironic because if you love someone you wouldn't want to kill them would you? Lennie simply wants something to pet, he doesn't want to hurt anyone or anything!
