Should I consider a lawsuit against my real estate agentfor lying?





When I visited the house, everything was clean but a few days after I moved in mice starting popping out everywhere and chewing my property. I was deceived by that damn real estate agent and he should've done everything in his power to kill the mice before making the outragous assumption that it is a ';clean house';.My new home in Sudbury, Ontario has mice and the damn agent said it was a clean house- cause for lawsuit?

clean means no dirt you wont win so kill the mice and go on.
Probably Nope. Unless you can prove with documentation that the mice where there before you move in. It could reasonably be argued that you either brought them with you, or that the issue occurred after you moved in. If you bought this home, then the home inspection you hired prior to the sale should have discovered the rodent infestation. If you are renting, your best bet is to call the health department.
